From Metro Manila to Laoag
1. From Cubao or Manila, ride a Florida or Partas Bus heading to Ilocos Norte.
2. Ask to alight at Laoag. Once you’re at the terminal, ride a tricycle heading to Pagudpud.
3. Alight at the municipal hall. Once there, ride another tricycle heading to your accommodation near Saud Beach.
